Thank you for getting to the bottom of the problem and doing it quickly. SNS IT is very kind and helpful. I appreciated each tech giving me a little insight of their thought process and patiently navigated me through my side as we worked through the issue until it was fixed. Appreciate them so much. They know what they're doing. :)

Despite the issue not being able to be resolved, Schalk Lavis was very helpful and quick to respond. The ImageRight application through Timus seems to be an ongoing issue with other remote employees as well.
