About Us

The story begins in 1997, when the expansion of computer use and the World Wide Web craze was in full swing. Our family created the fun, educational board game Cyber-Quest to help everyday people make sense of new technologies and understand how to use them. Since our beginnings, we’ve successfully gained a national client base and expanded our company to offer new services and all-inclusive packaged solutions for local people, businesses and organizations of all types. Or current base of operations is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

I really appreciate all the efforts for getting my laptop back to me as soon as possible. It was quite a process but they worked hard to be sure I was satisfied. I love the fact that they are local and I like the in person availability. My preference is to be able to contact them directly and not have to go through reception when we have be working so well together with this ongoing issue.
