Julius was persistent in resolving multiple problems with Greg's Surface and was able to restore both the operating system and Office apps to full health. He also communicated the status frequently.

A few minutes after a user was impacted and I realized that there was something wrong with our office network connection, I received a call from Maurice Smith, of NetEffect and he advised that they had received an alert from their monitoring system. Maurice and later Brett Dawson, also of NetEffect, traced the source of the problem and got it fixed quickly. Network connectivity is obviously critical to our business operations and we appreciate the prompt response and technical expertise that they always provide on the rare occasions that this type of incident occurs.

Maurice contacted one of our Superintendents who works at a remote jobsite and quickly got his Surface updated with the proper antivirus and monitoring software that it needed. Maurice always communicates with us promptly and responds to our service requests timely and efficiently.

I was setting up a new Surface for an employee whose system had become unusable and Julius responded immediately to the request for installation of the antivirus and monitoring agents that the system needed before it could be passed to the user. This was a critical matter and Julius took care of it within minutes of the request being submitted.

The affected Burke user is a Superintendent...

The affected Burke user is a Superintendent overseeing an important construction project on the Moapa Indian Reservation 75 miles from the Las Vegas office. His ability to maintain communication with the main Burke office, to access company files on the server in the main office and to access his Cloud-based email are all critical. The NetEffect staff involved in supporting Burke, quickly established communication with our employee, determined the cause of his problems and fixed them. He is now fully functional. We really appreciate their efforts and their persistence in resolving IT issues in such difficult circumstances.

NetEffect engineers, Hans and Braiden, handled...

NetEffect engineers, Hans and Braiden, handled the replacement of our old APC UPS with a new Eaton UPS quickly and without any loss of service. They configured the new UPS and balanced the server room critical equipment load with the other Eaton UPS that was installed a few months ago. While here they were also able to install the new Fortinet firewall and PoE switch that will support the new Fortinet WAP's that were recently ordered. Hans and Braiden arrived fully prepared for the tasks and worked efficiently, completing a lot of work in a relatively short period of time. We are very happy with the result and relieved that the old and failing APC UPS is no longer a concern for us.

NetEffect Engineer Tuan Pham quickly resolved a problem with Internet access on our Public wireless network. He picked up the ticket right after it was submitted and communicated to clarify the symptoms that we were experiencing and then, after he had determined the source of the problem, he called again to ask me to test and verify that it was fixed. We couldn't have been more pleased with the handling of this issue.
