Timely response and deployment. i have not been able to confirm the additional storage was in fact added as I am remote from the Clinic, but will confirm this as i can am onsite.

Within a few minutes of receiving an alert...

Within a few minutes of receiving an alert notifying them of a problem with our company's domain controller's DNS service, NetEffect Engineer Tuan Pham resolved the problem restored Internet service and contacted me to explain what happened and to verify that our users were able to function, including access to our Office 365 Cloud-based e-mail.
