Submitting a ticket and not knowing when to expect a response is very frustrating, especially if it's an urgent matter. The automated response acknowledging receipt of the ticket is good, but it would be better if it also included an expected time frame for an initial response from a tech (or even the scheduler).

Myself and all of the Chamber staff were extremely impressed and pleased with Troy (phrase used was that Troy was our RockStar). He got to the convention center early, after getting everything set up he then stayed after lunch to make sure everything was working properly. We had 2 issues the paper and a CC machine, Troy was on it and got everything working correctly. He was a great asset to our staff, and we greatly appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for our organization.
