Chistina responded immediately to my request for help for Kevin Burke. Kevin had the same problem today as he did a few days ago. When he disconnected his iPad from an RDP connection to his office PC, when he then tried to log on to his office PC, he got the spinning dots and not a logon dialog box. This time, after several minutes, after Kevin had already left for another meeting, the login box finally came up. We'll continue to watch this issue and may need help preventing it from happening again.
