CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. A totally professional, friendly and helpful attitude from the staff. Very easy to deal with. Daniel came in and got the task done quickly with no wasted time. I'd certainly recommend CBT, and actually already have.

Unless I am missing something, the survey...

Unless I am missing something, the survey doesn't tell you the job (unless you know the ticket numbers) would be nice if the survey gave you the original job request so you know what you are surveying without having to go reference the ticket. Otherwise tony is good.

Sorry the ticket title on that ticket was CBT. The surveys all have a title, but in this case the title of the ticket was CBT. Our bad...
