After looking into the issue on my laptop, Zach thought it was a deeper problem and would require additional time for repair. He continued to look into it and found a solution. He took the time to fix it then and resolved the issue in under an hour. This was a lot faster than I originally thought. Zach communicated to me through Chat what he was doing and if I needed to "help" in any way. I was thrilled he was able to fix it and was impressed by his perseverance.
