Henrique stayed with me through the entirety of this task to figure out the Meeting Owl issues. He tested everything from the Integris side. We got the vendor's tech person on the phone and went through the same steps to discover the issue was on the vendor's side. Once the change was made, Henrique went through the motions again to make sure all was well before we concluded our call.
