I presume Blamyris was the initial contact I had when I phoned for help. She helped in connecting mw with a tech. Dennis was very thorough in resolving my problems and getting me back to business. He was genuinely interested in making certain all my concerns were addressed and I appreciated his patience and skills. He certainly upholds the superior quality we have come to expect and appreciate from Integris techs.
