About Us

The story begins in 1997, when the expansion of computer use and the World Wide Web craze was in full swing. Our family created the fun, educational board game Cyber-Quest to help everyday people make sense of new technologies and understand how to use them. Since our beginnings, we’ve successfully gained a national client base and expanded our company to offer new services and all-inclusive packaged solutions for local people, businesses and organizations of all types. Or current base of operations is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Jeff is very knowledgeable and helpful! He didn't try to push anything new on us because we were able to use our own equipment. We had talked about centralizing the equipment for better reception and it only took minutes to do. Things seemed to work and we didn't bother to move it back as long as things were working. Appreciate him stopping out for what was only going to be a visit to estimate a cost to fix our router reception and it turned out to be an immediate fix. Thanks again!
