Julius was able to access our manager's PC at his home, which he uses to work remotely on his office PC, and he found a way to resolve the performance problems that were frustrating him. We appreciate the prompt response, even on a holiday.

Timely response and deployment. i have not been able to confirm the additional storage was in fact added as I am remote from the Clinic, but will confirm this as i can am onsite.
