VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been our goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices. Our experience has allowed us to build and develop the infrastructure needed to keep our prices affordable and our clients up and running. So extremely happy with the service from VersaTrust. We have always received amazing customer service from everyone. Lisa was so easy to talk to. When I call (its pretty frequent I feel like) I do not ever feel silly (I have zero knowledge on computers). She listens to me and does not make me feel like an inconvenience. Before I even get off of the phone with her she has already entered the ticket almost word for word what we are needing and made me sound computer savy. When I have dropped equipment off she always greets me with a smile. When Chris came to fix our issue in the clinic he was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and again assured me we were not crazy and he could see the issue. That alone makes us feel heard and not looked down on because we do not have the same knowledge that he does. He took his time and made sure before leaving everything was working. He explained to me in layman terms what was going on and what he was doing to fix it. Not to mention he saved us a ton of money by not jumping to worst case scenario without trying his solution first. This has been such a burden for my providers and myself not being able to have a full functioning clinic. Now that the issue has been resolved it has been a ton of bricks lifted off myself and Dr. Bratton. We now have a full functioning clinic. Again I cannot stress enough though the customer service has been. This is the "A Team" you would want. We have yet to have any tech come to the clinic that has not given us the best treatment! Everyone has always been so helpful.

I ended up calling shortly after I submitted the ticket because my outlook crashed and wasn't working. I think David? helped me. He was great and got it fixed right away.
