Brett was super helpful and patient in making sure all our AD computers have the N-Able agent installed, and instructed on how to properly add new and refreshed AD computers. I was also given access to our company's N-Central portal where he walked me through the different features on how I can remotely manage and support our machines. We were also successful in test adding a Mac laptop to N-Central through manual deployment, which is a definite win! Brett is awesome and I always have a positive experience when dealing with him! Thank you!
