In my position, I submit support tickets on a regular basis for electronics setup and troubleshooting various issues for myself and new hires. I don't participate in these surveys unless someone really stands out. Ryan was incredibly enthusiastic and willing to help me today when I needed assistance (small emergency situation) and reassured me that he could recover the important data I thought was lost. We are very appreciative here and look forward to working with Ryan in the future!
