We really appreciate that NetEffect, on a very busy day with another round of battling e-mail exploits and malware threats for this company and all your other customers, you picked up our last minute request and managed to take care of it for us. As usual, we had kind of an emergency this morning and submitted a ticket with routine priority, asking for it to be handled today. As usual, Brett, of NetEffect, probably already slammed with work, took care of our request after calling to clarify what we really wanted to be done on the matter. Couldn't be happier with the support from NetEffect.

The NetEffect team did a tremendous job for us when we had to relocate our server due to power outages. There ware many hiccups and the team worked very hard on simultaneous multiple tickets. Thanks guys!!!!
