Michael quickly picked up the service ticket for restoring the Burke Conference Room Joan devices so that they were again able to immediately display current meeting information, saving time and aggravation for the admin staff who were affected. Michael communicated quickly and effectively and let us know when the systems were working again.

I would like to add a huge thank you to Julius for quickly adding Steve's document file to my PC so Steve was able to use his files for the budget meetings while his computer was updating. This was a very important meeting with our corporate VP and President. We didn't miss a beat because of Julius' quick response and actions. Thank you Julius!!
