I am delighted that Lawrence called within a day, but I requested written instruction, and looks like he was drafting it, but I have not seen the instruction and you are calling the ticket completed, it's not completed, I still don't know how to do it. I need a written instruction so that I can share it with team member, they are the ones who will need to zip the files for me, it will help if everybody knows how to do it. So it is not enough to just give me a call, we need a written instruction so that it can be shared and saved for later. Thanks so much.
