I was connected with KC for what appeared to be a fairly minor issue - but one that required some back and forth and also uncovered some onboarding mistakes. KC was not only patient and helpful but communicative including reaching out to my supervisor to make sure I received info from him while figuring out these issues. As someone who used to feel very informed when it came to tech - its a relief to have help from someone who doesn't make you feel dumb that you're not up to date anymore!! Thank you so much for the patience and incredible follow through!
