Gary and Tuan, of Neteffect, were able to set up the office firewall with port-forwarding rules necessary to support our Receptionist's ability to answer inccoming calls to the office phone system on her smartphone. This task required consultation and coordination with our local VOIP phone system provider and with the manufacturer, which then accomplished and resolved technical problems very quickly. Since our company is being impacted by the COVID 19 crisis, this task was critical to our business operations and their handling of it was greatly appreciated.

My initial inquiry response was disappointing...

My initial inquiry response was disappointing (the staff assigned dud not di their homework and incorrectly told me my device was beyond the warranty). The service tech eventually assigned (Michael V.) was excellent and very accommodating and his follow up was helpful!
