Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he helped my husband and me work through getting set up on our computers at home so we can quickly and efficiently access the VPN for our Company's network. The transition from Windows 10 to 11 has been a nightmare for our company but Alexander and the team at NetEffect have helped us see there is light at the end of the tunnel!
