Once I talked to Wes, he was excellent. However, I called and left a voice mail mid-morning and didn't hear from anyone until Wes called late afternoon. I didn't get any acknowledgment of my voice mail for 5 or 6 hours. Wes apologized for the fact that he was assigned to my problem even though he was on-site with another client. I'm just unhappy that I was left in the dark. Is this the normal way voice mails are handled? If so, I'll wait on hold next time.

Given the problem and the fix Im very pleased with the service. Theres no way that this could have been fixed without seeing what it was doing first hand. I really appreciate the speed with which my requests were met with. Overall, bad computer good service.
