Everybody was great but after my ticket was opened last week I was assigned someone from my problem and I never heard from them. I followed up in the afternoon, since I was locked out of my microsoft outlook, and they responded and tried to trouble shoot with no solution in sight. My main complaint was how long this took to get resolved. Everybody was very professional and helpful but there was no initial follow up.
