My initial inquiry response was disappointing (the staff assigned dud not di their homework and incorrectly told me my device was beyond the warranty). The service tech eventually assigned (Michael V.) was excellent and very accommodating and his follow up was helpful!

Response time was awesome. Michael was quick and efficient. My only suggestion, and I may not have been paying attention, I initially thought Jessica was my tech and not dispatch. Minor point, as she was also quick and efficient.
