Larry set up an email address alias for the affected employee so that we could create the user's Apple ID for his new iPad when we were unable to use his primary email address. His assistance allowed us to set up the user's iPad in time for him to take it with him to his Arizona jobs its. Larry's responsiveness was much appreciated.
