We take great pride in being Integris' first Kansas bank, before they were Integris. Our team continues to do an outstanding job for us and they are the reason that we can sleep at night, knowing that our information and data is secure.

Most of our tickets get handled in house. When one does go to Integris for support. We have had people state that they are almost too helpful. The service desk provides alot of followup and communication.

Peter Salazar, Josh Anthony, and John Self have been key to the success of the relationship between Integris and One World Bank. Integris has relieved me of the duties of patching, backups, and security for OWB. They are also the helpdesk for anything windows or Microsoft related. We moved to Integris EverSpace for our server platform. This has also given me relief of upgrading our server platform.

Integris has been integral in our rapid growth. We could not have achieved our ability to scale without their help. Also, we have never had a breach of any kind, so we feel very secure with them as well. Best customer service of all our partners.

As the executive sponsor, I do not work with Integris staff daily but when I do engage, our account management staff is GREAT. As of late, Asma helped with an issue that was really not even an Integris issue. Our Adobe contract was expiring and our IT manager was on a cruise ship. She jumped in and offered her assistance to ensure we didn't lose Adobe over the weekend as we are in the middle of an FDIC exam. Luckily our IT manager got reception and solved the issue but Asma was ready and willing to do whatever she could to assist me if needed.
