Jay anticipated an issue we were going to run into, based on some requests I'd made, and took the time to reach out to me. He asked me questions, and based on what I shared, he made a recommendation that was already commonly used at my company (that I was unaware of). Then, when I had related questions about a future state problem (pertaining to the original issue) he offered recommendations on how I could be sure to keep NetCov appropriately in the loop for whenever we decide to prioritize that update. I really appreciate that he mitigated the issue, for both of us, and that he implemented a solution that aligned me with my colleagues. I especially appreciate that he gave input on how I can approach the same issue in future state, as that gives me more confidence that when my team is ready to approach that issue I'll be able to engage NetCov for the support we need.
