*Austin was knowledgeable and realized when he needed to escalate my ticket. He also made sure that Wes received all the info to bring him up to speed on what was going on. *Wes Ewing is an excellent example of how things should be handled in an escalated matter. When he realized that he was "missing info" in the notes from the last tech, he did not hesitate to reach out to our "Canon" printer tech for assistance. After all was said and done, Wes also took the time to take screen shots of the steps to update the notes for future issues. When I asked about how my co-workers should contact (put in tickets) for help w/secure printing, he provided everyone with proper instructions on how to get the matters taken care of ... everything from email on where to send initial ticket info to "procedure wording" to help tech find exact info he/she would need to get the job done quickly. KUDOS!!!
