I thought I would have to wait till I got home...

I thought I would have to wait till I got home and my computer was connected to the printer to resolve this problem, but when I got home a notice popped up on the bottom of my screen and the issue was fixed. I tried the printer and it worked! I was very happy to have it resolved by the time I got home and didn't lose any work time! Thanks!

Ben's response time with the ticket was excellent; however, internally, it took several combined hours to fix all the employees time because we were unable to change coding for 1 1/2 hours. I really do not understand after performing these updates in the past with success this happens. Anyway, I believe it has been documented so it won't happen again.
