K2 Technologies has been serving Wyoming since 2001, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support,

I had expressed the need for the desktop scanner...

I had expressed the need for the desktop scanner (among other programs) to function with the new work station. Upon receiving the new unit, the only piece missing was the scanner functionality; about 90% of the needed programs were able to immediately be used. Unfortunately, though, it resulted in a work request and lost time to install drivers (which I could've installed with the correct rights). I score that at about an "8". Martin corrected the scanner issue with a "10" service rating. (Thanks, Martin!) Overall, I appreciate the work everyone has done to transition to a new workstation...Thank you!!!
