Submitted the ticket at 5:30pm asking for a call back as soon as possible because I couldn't work. Never got a call back - not Sure if George marked the ticket correctly. Called this morning and Michael fixated on an internet issue and didn't check the software. Called back again and Jorge handled it perfectly - checking internet and software issues.

very flexible, very knowledgeable! i was stressed out trying to work from home because my job thinks I have the corona virus and Kris was a great help!!!!! he was so patient, through me switching laptops, having no wifi, choppy availability etc. this guy needs a raise.
