Jed Wallace, as always, really knows how to deliver when we are in need of assistance. We recently had to obtain cyber security insurance and had to fill out the associated application questionnaire. Jed helped guide us through the application and made recommendations for improving our system, thus reducing the insurance premium - all changes that did not cost us additional fees. Talk about value-added services! Thank you once again to Jed and the rest of the Net Effect Team for a job well done!
