Adam went above and beyond with helping me scan the TEC network. He spent hours on the phone with me making sure I was able to scan each VLAN. I greatly appreciate all his help. He is definitely my favorite IT contact! 10/10 -Dee

I just wanted to point out how amazing Christian and Adam were to help me fix my computer. Christian tried fixing my computer that was not burning CD's, experiencing trouble saving PDF's and trouble with my Adobe. The burning CD issue was not fixed on Thursday, but the other two issues were fixed. Christian and I discussed that since it was the end of the day, that he would call me first thing in the morning. He was very punctual and called me first thing in the morning and continued his efforts to get the issued fixed. After several attempts, he informed me that my ticket would be escalated and someone else would have to come out to work on my PC. Adam called me and was here shortly after we got off the phone. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to fix the issue. He made SO many attempts to fix my PC, until he was able to get the issue resolved. I was so happy that my PC was fixed, I was smiling so big and I feel excited, kind of like how kids feel when they have a new toy.
