Josh has helped us with many tickets during our buildout/remodel. We have had new staff join us during this period while offices are packed. We needed help and advice adding the correct headset to the switchboard. The phone panel has been redone alphabetically and updated due to growth. Josh has been in the office many times during the buildout to take care of our needs and answer our questions during this hectic time. Special thanks to Josh for helping us navigate through this.
