Adam is always a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and if he does not know the answer he is resourceful and will find the answer. He was sent to our office on another ticket and while here the owner of our company asked him to add email to his new laptop. Adam realized that the iconic tools were not set up on the laptop and took the initiative to make sure that was done. So basically, he did not just come out and do what he was originally sent to do...he went above and beyond. The service we receive from Adam is one of the biggest reasons we like working with Iconic. He should be commended for being a great representation of Iconic.
