Du Lam did an exceptional job of working with our client to get special hardware setup and configured correctly so that we could utilize it for a specific project. Any time we ran into a snag, Du was there to facilitate a resolution. At one point he added Nathan Burklow to the ticket to assist with a specific issue. Nathan communicated well and followed up to make sure the issues were completely resolved before closing the ticket. Both of these guys did an exceptional job, especially under the compressed deadline that we received for the project. Thank you both, Du and Nathan. It's people like you that care about your product and services that makes TxSG a great technical support provider for us.
