We were experiencing a technical issue with our internet and phone service. We had also called out our internet provider Comcast. Tyson arrived very quickly after our call and spent the entire afternoon in our office helping troubleshoot firewall issues and potential mistakes created from the comcast tech that came to reset our system. The issue shouldn't have been such a big deal or taken so long to fix but Tyson stayed dedicated to finding the problem and creating a solution for us.
