I was having issues with the info calendar dissapearing with the newest update. Shane helped me get it to hold. I think part of the problem was not realizing which one was my personal calendar as opposed to the info calendar. He renamed them for me and not I can distinguish the difference. Seems to be great now.

I loved that I was able to get immediate assistance and connected with Kyle right away. Kyle made it no big deal at all and was quickly able to find the file I had deleted and return it. I love that he did not make me feel foolish or anything. Thank you so much!
