I emailed our office manager and tech. expert as well as our agency Director the following yesterday, "I just want to mention that our new tech. company is worth every penny. I just did a ticket because I had a weird outlook security alert. Something about the certificate. Nick responded to the ticket within a minute and clicked around fixing it in less than 5 minutes." This company is fantastic and is not even in the same ballpark to compare to our last company. My office manager responded, "100% agree!!! They’re expensive but the service is WAAAAAAYYY better and we have far less issues than we’ve ever had! Anything that comes up is usually relatively minor. Integris is very proactive and can “see” what goes on with our server 24/7 so if any major issues come up, they’re typically on it before we even notice anything. Big difference from 906!"
