Very thankful for Koal's help on Monday. I called in for this issue on Friday- but I had a work around. Later in the day- someone remoted in to view and to fix the issue- I did not receive a call. On Monday I sent a follow-up email asking for help as the issue was still happening. Koal went above and beyond calling not only my office but our front desk to find me. He was able to find and address the issue. Thank you Koal for all of your help!
