Vic was right on schedule with requested follow-up on this task. We later decided to hold off while we (MWM) made additional changes internally to the checklist. I'll later get back with Vic regarding updates to this workflow. For now, Vic did everything he could for this ticket.

Cory took care of the logins and verifying the license wasn't checked out. He even found other possible logins, one of which did, in fact, have the licenses checked out. Cory followed through with calls and email notifications that kept me informed each step of the way. I look forward to working on future tickets with Cory.
