This one was *AMAZING*. Vic came in and in about 2 seconds identified that I had patched the office cable to our smaller printer into the wrong port. Problem solved. Then Vic needed a switch. I grabbed one out of my office and brought it to him but told him I'd have to look through all our moving boxes to find the power adapter. Vic literally looked down into a bin right in front of him and spotted it. 2 seconds, problem solved. Both hilarious and impressive as hell. Thanks VERY much you guys!!!!
