I didn't have an issue with Outlook opening, I called saying I had multiple accounts in my email. Something was then done, where Outlook wouldn't open at all. Being honest, I felt like my problem with having multiple accounts, could've been fixed easily, but some steps were made that didn't make sense at all, just creating a whole mumbo-jumbo of other issues.
