I think Blayne is an excellent technician....

I think Blayne is an excellent technician. However, when we tried to get Alexandra set up for her work station, we were told there were an insufficient number of Microsoft licenses to complete her set up. It was as if he would not be able to assist further without the license. I had filled out the paperwork to add her as a new employee, so rather than telling me why he could not help, it would have been better to simply ask for authorization to purchase another license so we could continue with the process. We are extremely busy, so will be adding new employees on a regular basis. This is the second time everything has been halted due to the lack of licensing (the first time was with Michael Pero, now with Alexandra Anderson. Is there a way we can sort this in advance so when we complete the paperwork for a new employee and ask that they be set up consistent with another employee in the company, we simply are assigned a new license?
