Got on the phone with Josh and he was super...

Got on the phone with Josh and he was super nice. Walked me through the steps of finding out what was wrong with my phone. Phone ended up coming back on while on the phone with IT. Apparently, I had unplugged the cord ever so slightly out of the wall and the phone was then inactive. Super embarrassing but Josh was amazing and helpful.
