The less than perfect score is due to two factors. 1. I needed to spend some of my time cycling power, testing switches and setting up a temporary Wi-Fi connection for the affected computer. 2. Once a course of action was determined (updating the firmware) there was quite a delay due to other Bulletproof commitments. There were 9 working days of inconvenience. I was impressed with Nelson's skill in updating the switches. I would hope keeping our systems up-to-date is something Bulletproof would address proactively.

I gave a less than perfect score because it was me who instigated the moving of the Microvellum data (due to noticing a shortage of drive space), even though it has been recommended for years. (This task was to be delayed until a new server was procured.) The work order also took a long time complete. I did not give any employee ratings because the work order spanned such a long length of time that I don't recall who did what. I did appreciate the effort to create a distinct drive letter (H) for the Human Resources shared drive.
