I opened a ticket with IS on behalf of an Edge...

I opened a ticket with IS on behalf of an Edge Assist client, referencing the ticket the client submitted to Team Cardinal. Clayton responded to the ticket without seeming to understand we do not have direct access to this environment and then closed the ticket. I will respond to the client contact with Clayton's suggestions but I would expect the ticket needs to remain open until the client confirms the agent is functioning?
