So to be clear the end result was fantastic and I got exactly what I wanted. However, I had called around 1pm or so to get the info and didn't get a call back until around 4pm. While I get everyone is busy, I typically don't call unless something is urgent so it did feel like perhaps the time to respond in that situation was a bit more extended than I would have preferred. But again to be clear, the end result was what I needed and wanted.

Nelson was very helpful in getting this ticket closed. It took a while, but he found the problem and got it fixed in time for me to travel - which was the goal.
