I was working remotely from the Washington, D.C. area this past weekend. I called the Help Desk or the main # for Texas Systems Group. Within 10 minutes, Sam returned my call and solved my problem. I was able to accomplish my entire work load as a direct result of the attention to detail by Texas Systems Group and their IT support team. Thanks again for a job well done.
