We called this ticket in while Integris was closed for a holiday. The phone system did not indicate the office was closed or provide anyway to reach an on call technician. The only option was to leave a message and it was unclear if we would get a call back that day. I tried to call other Integris offices. Several numbers on the website were no longer in service. Eventually someone from Texas called me back. They were unable to support our system. I'm not sure how Joseph McEvoy became aware of our ticket. He did respond quickly and resolved the issue. Wanted you to be aware that the user experience here was concerning, but happy to have the issue resolved quickly. Thanks for the continued support
